buyer personas (social media campaign)

In this blog, I'm going to create buyer personas for my social media campaign. As personas help me to create understanding and empathy with my customers. Creating user personas can help me to recognize that different people have different needs and expectations. Personas will also help the designer identify and prioritize changes based on what your customers need the most. 

My documentary is about the issue of education and the resilience of students facing difficulties during the lockdown. The programme would be part of a series investigating how individuals face difficulties, exploring the public face and the nature of a range of issues.
